LFT pellets using plastic injection which normally is a column with length 12mm, diameter 3mm. Using mould press is a stick with length 20-50mm, diameter 3mm. Fiber is continued and paralleled in plastic, fiber with the same length as pellets, fiber can be coated and well dipped under plastic, so pellets can be well kept the original length of fiber under the situation of plastic injection and mould press, finished products are perfect.

Overcome the short fiber reinforced thermoplastic pellets which with too short fiber length under 3mm, fiber abnormity in plastic, and can be caused the fiber become shorter after plastic injection, the effect was limited of reinforced.  

• Mould press process: Pre-plastic LFT pellets first, then into mould. Using this process can be produced simple and big size, with high reinforced and resist impulsion products.

• Plastic injection process: Using plastic injection process with low pressure and slowly speed, protect fiber as most as possible, keep the fiber with their original length, can be produced high reinforced and resisted impulsion products.

Our company has three genus totally thirty products:

•  PP: homogeneous PP, GF: 30-70%, which capability meet or reach Nilon.

•  PA: PA6 or PA66, GF: 30-60%, mainly used the area under rigor situation such as high reinforced, high temperature etc.

•  TPU: GF: 30-60%, with the capability of high reinforced, high rigidity, endure, resist-grind and can be able to bear lower temperature etc.
